Getting Started​

Get started by creating an account with Kraken.

Create a Kraken account​

  1. Setup 2-Factor Authentication on your Kraken account. You can learn more about how by going here.
  2. Fund your account with a minimum of $2,000.
  3. Create an API Key
    1. Click on the following icon in the top right corner

    2. Select the API Tab

    3. Click Create API Key

    4. Enter a name for your API Key and check the same permissions and settings you see in the example below.

    5. Kraken will ask you to enter a 2FA code generated by your authenticator app. Click Enter

    6. Upon successful 2FA Kraken will display an API Key and a Private Key. Both keys will need to be entered on yamtra.xyz. It is recommended you use the copy icon kraken copy icon to copy each key and paste it into your favorite note taker app.

Setup your Yamtra account​

  1. Go to yamtra.xyz. Click Sign Up

  2. Enter a username, password, and password confirmation.

  3. Click Sign Up
  4. You will return to the login screen. Log in with the username and password you created.

  5. Upon successful login, you will see the following page:

  6. Click Profile
    yamtra profile
    1. Enter an email address
    2. Paste or enter the API key from Kraken
    3. Paste or enter the Secret key from Kraken
    4. Check the box for Automate Pairs
    5. Check the box for Active
    6. Read the agreement and check the box for I agree
    7. Click Save Changes
  7. When you have setup your Kraken and Yamtra accounts, post a message to the Yamtra, LLC Telegram Group and include a referral code.
