Withdrawing Funds

All fund withdrawals will take place on Kraken. After a sale, Yamtra places an initial market order of a cryptocurrency. The volume for the order that is placed will be based on your USD balance. If you withdraw funds while Yamtra has a buy sell order open, the algorithm that calculates buy and sell orders will not run optimally.

Partial USD Balance Withdrawals​

If you want to make partial USD withdrawals, although it is recommended that you deactivate the bot and wait for your current sell order to execute, you can make the withdrawal while the bot is running. You can make a withdrawal for you balance of USD minus the total value of your current buy order.

Full USD Balance Withdrawals​

If you want to make full USD withdrawals, follow these steps:

  1. Deactivate the bot in your Profile.
  2. Note your currently trading cryptocurrency. Cancel your open buy and sell order in Kraken.
  3. Create your own sell order to reclaim your USD.
  4. Withdraw your USD.

Note: If you withdraw all of your funds, you will still be invoiced at the end of the year. The invoice must be paid before returning to Yamtra.
